How To Play Monopoly Millionaire Board Game

Start a four-player human game. Set the win goal to 2 million (2000K). Just for starting the game, you'll unlock:

When the first person lands on a purchasable property, choose not to buy it. In the auction, place a small bid (less than the original cost), and have all of the other players pass. Purchasing the property will earn you:

Getting it at less than its list price will earn you:

Greedy!

Get a property for less than the price on the board in Auction.

Continue having all players move around the board buying up properties and collecting fortune cards. It's won't be long before someone lands on a property already owned by another player:

Time To Collect

Collect your first rent payment from any other player.

While you're doing that, hopefully you'll unlock some luck based achievements.

If your roll doubles, you get to take another turn. If those happen to both be double sixes (1/36 chance per turn), you'll unlock:

If you roll any doubles three times in a row (1/216 chance per turn), you get sent to jail:

Rolled To Jail

Roll three doubles in a row and get sent to jail.

According to the posted solution, some people have been able to double-tap the screen at the right time to get it to re-roll without actually rolling a new number to make unlocking both of these easier.

Once in jail, you have up to three turns to roll doubles to escape. You have three chances before being forced to post bail. (Chance of escaping in 3 turns is about 42%.) Doing so unlocks:

If you don't get these luck-based achievements this game, then just start another game and try to knock these out.

Every time you land on a property for the first time, you get a Fortune card. Hopefully, you'll collect a "Just Say No" card, a "Sly Deal" card, and a "Forced Deal" card along the way. They don't have to be by the same player, but the "Just Say No" card must be owned by a different player than one of the "Deal" cards. (Unfortunately, you can't trade fortune cards between players.)

Look for (or create using trades) a scenario where one person with a "Deal" card has two properties of one set and another player with the "Just Say No" card has the third property. Use the "Deal" card to force a trade to complete the monopoly, then use the "Just Say No" card to block it. This unlocks:

Deal Breaker

Use a Just Say No card to block the opponent from getting a monopoly off of you.

Now use the other "Deal" card to make any trade. The same player doesn't have to play both "Deal" cards. By playing both types of "Deal" cards in the same game, you unlock:

Property Thief

Use a Sly Deal and a Forced Deal in the same game.

When someone does get a monopoly (or use trades to create it), you'll unlock:

Now trade away one of the properties in that monopoly to another player to unlock:

Now, keep moving around the board. Don't make monopolies or upgrade your movers. Your goal is to make the game last long enough to land on every property. (You'll know your progress because you'll be buying every property as it is being landed on.) If someone starts to get too much money, have them trade it to another player or spend a lot of it on a property purchase.

Once every property has been landed on at least once (not necessarily by the same player), you'll unlock:

Globe Trotter

Land on every property on the board in the same game.

Okay, with that out of the way, it's time to make some money. First, trade properties so one person has a monopoly and one player has no properties at all. Also trade away that person's cash. Make the monopoly be the first two spaces after Go.

Build some houses on that set:

Now, upgrade those to hotels:

Now you want to play until the person with no money goes bankrupt. If you keep trading away that person's money whenever they get some, it shouldn't take too long. Note that they have to run out of money due to a rent payment. When someone goes bankrupt, you'll unlock:

No Mercy

Be responsible for the bankruptcy of another player.

No Mercy

Don't resign – use the trade screen to give them some money to keep going. If they resign, then the game ends immediately, and that's not what we want. Instead, we are going to build up cash and win by reaching 2 million. Now is the time to upgrade your movers so that they collect more money. Upgrading the same player's mover twice unlocks:

Keep circling the board, collecting money from passing Go. Since all properties are un-upgraded, rents should never be a problem, and nobody should run out of money. You can also trade money to a single person when everyone's combined total approaches 2 million. You'll unlock both of these achievements:

Two achievements left. Start a new two-person game, and immediately trade all money from player 1 to player 2. If player 1 gets more money from a board square, trade it away to player 2. If you land on a property, you can have player 2 buy it, but be sure not to form a monopoly. (In that case, just have both players pass in the auction screen, and nobody will get the property.)

When player 1 has to pay and is broke, have him resign to unlock:

Went For Broke

Bankrupt yourself out of the game for the first time.

Since the other player doesn't own a monopoly, you also unlock:

No Monopoly

Win a game without holding any monopoly.

If you haven't gotten the luck-based achievements yet (either the dice rolling or drawing the Deal/No cards), play additional games to try and grind them out.

Congratulations on another completion.
